Feel Free Once Again

EFT was designed by Gary Craig, who has dedicated his work and life to teach people how to overcome emotional and physical blocks.  Emotional health is absolutely essential to your physical health and healing.  The body is an energy configuration made up of positive and negative electrical charges in the form of atoms (the building blocks of all matter).

Based on new discoveries involving the bodies subtle energies, EFT has been proven clinically effective (over 80%) for trauma, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, depression and physical symptoms including headaches, body pain and breathing difficulties.

Tapping your fingertips along the meridians, while reciting affirmations, allows you to overcome the energy blockages.  This common sense approach draws its power from time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for more than 5000 years.  Albert Einstein stated that everything is composed of energy, even our bodies.  It makes sense then to bring the body's energy back into balance and watch problems start to reduce and eventually be eliminated.

How Can Emotional Freedom Technique Help You?

Possible Limitations

EFT is usually quite gentle and often achieves substantial relief with little or no pain.  Some people's issues are so intense that a mere mention causes pain.  Over a longer period of time even these people can be helped.  A small percentage ( less than 3% ) have serious emotional disabilities and must have a well qualified practitioner in this area.
