Good Fats, Bad Fats, Which is Which?
Good fats? Bad fats? Margarine or butter? Olive oil or vegetable oil, now coconut oil? Is anyone else confused about what type of fat or oil "should" be in the diet? Is cholesterol a real problem in this society or are the pharmaceutical companies misleading us to sell drugs? The diet that our ancestors ate, when there was relatively no sign of the chronic diseases we face today, is a better diet for our health and longevity. It is filled with good protein; grass fed cattle, full fat dairy products, free-range eggs, and non-processed cheeses. This seems to be the opposite of what the national "health" associations are saying. Why do you think this is?
